Compliance & Governance

Safe care, clearly defined.

We are committed to introductions that are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led — and to being transparent about the boundaries of our service.

Introductory Agency Model

CareSetup Professionals Ltd operates as an introductory agency, matching self-employed live-in carers with families. We do not deliver clinical treatment or represent ourselves as delivering the regulated activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury.

Partnership with Healthcare Professionals

Where complex or palliative needs require clinical input, we work in close partnership with NHS clinicians, GPs, district nurses, hospice teams and commissioners — supporting their plan with trained personal-care delivery.

Trained, Vetted Carers

All carers we introduce have completed the Care Certificate and condition-specific training appropriate to the people they support, with enhanced DBS checks, references, and ongoing competency reviews.

Clear Boundaries of Practice

Carers we introduce operate within their training and the agreed scope of personal care. Clinical interventions, prescribing and symptom management remain with qualified healthcare professionals.

Our commitment: we describe our services accurately, maintain clear records, and review every introduction in collaboration with the person, their family and the relevant clinical team. If a need falls outside our scope, we say so — and we help signpost to the right service.
