What we provide

Personal care delivered with skill, empathy and continuity.

Comfort-focused personal care

Gentle personal care, positioning, mouth care and skin care to keep your loved one as comfortable as possible.

Non-clinical comfort measures

Repositioning, soothing presence, environment adjustments and other personal-care support that complements the clinical plan.

Emotional & practical support

A calm, kind presence in the home for the person and their family — including help with everyday tasks during a difficult time.

Coordinated clinical working

Active collaboration with hospice teams, district nurses and GPs so the care plan is followed consistently around the clock.

Continuity of carers

We work hard to keep the same trusted carer in place, which matters deeply for both the person and the family.

Respectful, unhurried care

Time, patience and respect are the foundation of everything we do at end of life.

Symptom management, prescribing and clinical interventions are led by qualified healthcare professionals. Our carers support the personal-care elements of the agreed plan.

Common questions

What families ask us most.

How quickly can end-of-life care be arranged?

We treat palliative referrals as a priority and can often introduce a suitable carer within 24–72 hours of assessment.

Do you work with hospices and district nurses?

Yes — close collaboration with hospice teams, district nurses and GPs is central to how we work. The clinical team leads; our carers provide trained personal-care support.

Can the same carer stay throughout?

Continuity matters most at end of life. We do everything we can to keep the same trusted carer in place, with planned cover only when essential.

Speak to a care coordinator

We'll listen, understand your needs, and introduce a suitable live-in carer — usually within days.
